HOW MANY IMAGES DO YOU INCLUDE?
The number of images provided in a gallery will depend on the length of services. See package details for more info. Images will be professionally edited and provided to you through an online gallery for convenient viewing.
HOW AND WHEN DO WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?
Our standard delivery time for images is 4 weeks. Expedited return options are also available upon request. Once your images are ready, you will be notified via email with access to an online gallery where you can download your images.

HOW DOES THE PAYMENT SCHEDULES WORK?
50% is due upfront. 25% is due 90 days after you book and 25% is due two weeks before your event.
WHAT IF THERE’S BAD WEATHER?
We have rain protective gear and clear umbrellas available. We are dedicated to ensuring that even rainy weather can be a magical experience.
WHAT IF WE NEED TO CANCEL or RESCHEDULE OUR SHOOT?
Cancellation will incur no additional charges, however the booking fee is non-refundable. A rescheduling fee will be applicable.
DO YOU OFFER FILM PHOTOGRAPHY?
Yes, film Photography packages come with one roll of 35mm and 5 rolls of 120mm. Turn around times vary on lab processing.
DO YOU PROVIDE A “CONTENT CREATOR”
Content Creation comes with our top packages. You have the option for a full ceremony edit or short clips for social media sharing.
