Most photographers like to take the easy route and settle with a questionnaire. If you’ve come this far you aren't typical. My couples value experience, which is why I’ve developed what I call “Intention Sessions.”

After getting to know my capture process a bit, we’ll then start planning and preparation. I’ll guide you on setting up a stress free itinerary which translates to my “capture schedule”; this is a detailed account of my every move during the wedding day, never leaving you to wonder “where the hell is Adrian”

At the start of the WEDDING day my focus will be on the establishing moments. Details of the location, decor and attire. We’ll move through preparation moments with a candid style and very minimal direction, we want a natural feel during this time. Next up is your ceremony, in which we’ll position ourselves to cover all the angles but still remain conscious not to intrude on any of the formalities. The most direction you’ll receive throughout the day will be during family and bridal party photos. As we end the evening with fun and dance opportunities for great photos will be endless.

On your wedding day, spending time with your family and friends is our top priority. Toss aside the restrictions of your timeline with the option to shoot your couples portraits within the week. This will allow us multiple hours and locations to capture those breathtaking portraits that every couple desires.

As we finalize your experience, we dedicate as much time as possible to edit and deliver your online galleries. Because we know our imagery so well, you’ll receive a sneak peek WITHIN DAYS, worthy of a bottle of wine and a romantic evening with your new forever love.

Adrian Mata was amazing! My husband and I discussed after the wedding that having him as our photographer was one of our best wedding decisions! We have not seen all of the pictures yet, but as we were going along he was briefly showing us what he had taken and they looked amazing! He was great to work with and gave us a lot of direction which we needed!
On the day of our wedding, he even showed up earlier than planned so that he could snap some getting ready photos. If you are looking for a wedding photographer then look no further than Adrian Mata .
I spent ALL night going through the photos, I canʼt stop staring at them. I love SO many of them and choosing my favorites was difficult. + HOW MANY IMAGES DO YOU INCLUDE?
I average 100 images per hour. All images will be professionally colored and delivered via online gallery.
+ HOW AND WHEN DO WE RECEIVE MY PHOTOS AND OR/VIDEO?
Images are delivered within 4 weeks. Expedited return options are available. You will receive an email with the online gallery access, where you can download your images. Videos are also sent via online gallery within 12 to 24 weeks.
+ HOW CAN WE BOOK YOU?
You’ll have the opportunity to select your package and add-ons to create the perfect plan for your wedding day coverage. Followed up with a consultation call to confirm any details and to receive your proposal that includes a formal service agreement and payment portal. + HOW MANY PHOTOGRAPHERS WILL BE AT MY WEDDING?
Top Packages can include up to two Photographers and one Cinematographer.
+ WHAT IF THERE’S BAD WEATHER?
We've got rain protective gear and clear umbrellas. We'll make it the most magical rain you've ever seen.
+ MY WEDDING IS GOING TO BE OUTSIDE AT NIGHT, CAN YOU STILL CAPTURE IT?
Yes we can, we have lights.
+ HOW DO PAYMENT SCHEDULES WORK?
Set packages are split into 10 monthly installments. Payment schedules for customized packages will vary.
+ WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I BOOK?
you will receive an official invoice and service agreement, which will need to be signed upon arrival.
+ WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE?
As long as we can find a date that works for all vendors, rescheduling will not cost you a dime. canceling will not come with additional fees, the booking fee is non-refundable.
+ DO YOU TRAVEL?
Yes, I do. no travel fees for weddings in Florida.
Travel fees for weddings out of Florida are to be determined. contact us for more info.
+ WHAT ABOUT DRONE FOOTAGE?
Drone coverage is included depending on venue and weather. we do not offer drone services during ceremony.
